My motto is that students are emotional creatures , therefore an understanding environment should to be created between the teacher, student and the guardians. I've dealt with all kinds of kids, some book smart some street smart. Both should be dealt with care and discipline.
I can be your friend , your guide and your supporter. I support discipline and mutual respect, I support gentle guidance and strictness when necessary. Students shouldn't have to fear the teacher, they should be able to feel comfortable with their teacher, which is my job.
